Stripfitness & Flex
It is a dance class for women, which will help to add a more feminine side in our usual life. It contains elements from ladystyle, go-go, chair dance, lap dance and of course a lot of different moves which will be useful for our power and flexibility.
We will use different music (slow, fast, rock, maybe even classic), and we will learn how to dance and improvise because the main goal is to learn more about our body moves and learn how to feel music.
Flex classes is for those who wants to improve their splits, back and arm flexibility, it is very useful for dancers: for flex I recommend to wear socks and have warm cloths because in shorts and short tops our body will become cold more fast.
Levels: beginners (including people who have never tried to dance before) and intermediate
I have instructor experience in stretching and body trainings, pair dancing, wedding dances. I am trained instructor of strip fitness/lady dance/burlesque and go go instructor. I am also a trained pole dance instructor.
Time and Place:
Stripfitness , Saturdays 9.00 - 10.00 and Flex, Saturdays 10.00 - 11.00in sansesalen, Støberigade 3 -13 lessons - ends by the end of May.
(no lessons on the 23/1 + 30/1 + week 7+ week 12) - begins on the 9th of January.

What to bring:
Stripfitness - in the beginning it is possible to use comfortable sneakers or even socks, but the best variant is shoes for Latina 7cm heel or jazz sneakers. It is comfortable to wear leggins and comfortable top. It is recommended to have knee protectors because there are a lot of floor work.
Flex - it is recommended to wear socks and have warm cloths because in shorts and short tops our body will become cold more fast.
